Best hotel pillows I've ever had!

Room located near an active street, meaning you’ll likely hear traffic. Thin walls increase noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, making it hard to enjoy peace. Heating system had issues, and the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working properly during my stay, which was a letdown. Lastly, had an unexpected mix-up with bed size despite paying for a king room, leaving me still awaiting a credit for that mistake.

I loved my stay! The room was spacious and very clean. The nearby gas station and restaurants made it super convenient.

We spent a night in a newly updated queen room. Staff was super friendly and the location’s fab, just a short walk to the beach! The room was comfy, but watch out for the thin walls—good thing our neighbors were quiet. Breakfast was just some yogurt and fruit, no real seating, so plan on grabbing it and going.

The stay featured a clean, modern Deluxe Queen Room with comfortable furnishings and a fantastic electric fireplace adding to the charm. Amenities like quality toiletries and a good-sized fridge were appreciated. However, the room felt somewhat small, and a few areas could benefit from better remodeling. The location was perfect, right across from the harbor and close to great dining options.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel at home. The lovely view of the ocean from my window was truly enchanting, and the friendly staff made everything so easy for my needs.

More seniors-friendly amenities would be appreciated.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the proximity to Pillar Point Harbor Beach was amazing, making it easy to enjoy long walks along the coast. plus, I loved being just a short stroll away from Ketch Joanne Restaurant & Harbor Bar for a delightful seafood meal after a day of exploring the area. The room was comfortable and recently remodeled, ideal for a solo traveler like me, while a minor downside was that the bathroom lights had a quirky tendency to turn on unexpectedly at night.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and excellent staff support. They helped me print tickets during my first stay. I always leave happy and recommend it to everyone. I’m coming back for a holiday!
